A three-day workshop has been organized for GOCafe attendants and operators in the Tema Zone in the Greater Accra Region. 

The training program was to educate the attendants and operators on ways of delivering quality and efficient services to customers.

The team was briefed on the roles of the Ghana Standard Authority (GSA) and Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) in promoting and ensuring service standards.

Representatives from GSA, Ghana Revenue Authority, and FDA led discussions on the importance of good customer service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Present were the Zonal Manager for Tema, Rita Addo, Training Managers,  the Snr Manager in charge of Non- Fuels and other GOIL staff.
